Self-care Sundays is a student organized monthly event where students spend one hour on a Sunday engaging in individual and/or group self-care activities. This month is promoting personal self-care by asking "What is my purpose right now?" and having the option to create a vision board for long-term purpose/goals, and mindfulness, take-home putty, coloring, and create-your-own self-care playlist for present moment purpose.

We will be tabling in the SUB to talk about sexual health within the LGBTQ+ community. We will have important information about staying safe and healthy, and will have products such as condoms, dental dams, and more!

Frat Dudes in Unordinary Shoes ( Allyship Event)
|
This is our annual walk with fraternity Phi Kappa Sigma to bring awareness about sexual assault and to stand together as allies. There will be a guest speaker as well as speeches from the WRC director and Phi Sigma Kappa president. Following, we will be walking a mile in high heels.

The University of Missouri-Columbia is proud to host the seventh-annual Show Me Pride College Summit on November 2. The Summit is a unique "UnConference" experience, created for flexibility and empowerment of the participants. Please register and help us spread the word-all Missouri college students are welcome to attend!
